Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria:
CFO, or chief financial officer:
- Membership in a recognised professional accounting organisation (CA, ACMA, ACCA, or ICAEW) is a prerequisite.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in audit, finance, and accounting is required, with at least 6 of those years spent in a financial management role. It is beneficial to have prior experience with infrastructure projects and public sector organisations.
- Additional requirements include in-depth familiarity with ERP, PPRA regulations, and accounting standards.
- 40 years old.
Secretary of the Company:
- In addition to having a master’s degree in business administration, commerce, or law and at least five years of relevant experience, candidates must be members of a recognised body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience is required.
- Age: at least 40 years old.
