How to Apply PhDs Placement At Higher Education Commission HEC Jobs 2025
- Online applications must be send to the HEC E-Portal at http://eportal.hec.gov.pk/ipfp for IPFP Phase-II Batch-VI by April 15, 2025, at 1600 hours.
- You need to send scanned copies of your PhD degree that has been approve by the HEC and/or an equivalence certificate from the HEC Equivalence Section along with your application.
- You will also need to upload a deposit slip for Rs.3000/- as an application processing fee. This can be a cash counter receipt, an online or ATM transfer ticket, or anything else. The deposit slip should be made out to Director Finance, HEC, and should be deposited into Account Number 1742-79001334-01, Habib Bank Limited. A printed copy of the application form, along with the necessary documents, a photo, and the original fee deposit slip, must be sent to the address below.
- Applicants who are qualified will have to take a necessary pre-assessment test. The test is for May 11, 2025, Sunday.
- Top applicants with at least a 50% score on the pre-assessment test will have to go through the NFDP training and then take an evaluation test to see if they are ready to be placed at Higher Education Institutes (HEls).
- Those who are chose will have to show all the necessary paperwork before the training. To start working as a “IPFP Fellow” at Host HEls, you must successfully complete the NFDP.
