Background in Education:
- A 16-year bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, business administration, or a similar discipline is necessary for both roles.
- For the Assistant Director role, a Master’s degree (18 years of study) in a related discipline is prefer.
- The Higher Education Commission (HEC) must approve and certify all degrees.
Expertise and Proficiency:
- Assistant Director:
- Five years of experience overseeing major projects in the public sector or for international corporations is prefer.
- Certification as a PMP is prefer.
- Among the abilities are project management duties, risk management, stakeholder engagement, report preparation, program oversight, strategy support, and customer review evaluation.
Deputy Assistant Director:
- Two years of experience overseeing major projects is prefer.
Certification as a PMP is prefer. - With an emphasis on project management duties, the skills are comparable to those of the Assistant Director.
