Eligibility Criteria:
- Either a Ph.D. in Journalism, Mass Communication, International Relations, Media Management, Strategic Communication, Development Communication/Crisis Communication, and Media Technology from a university recognized by the HEC and seven years of work experience in the field, or a Master’s degree in the same fields and nine years of experience.
- People can be up to 62 years old.
